Allowed content sources
Production content should be original, public domain, appropriately licensed, or OER whose license permits the intended use. Each content item should be traceable to its source and review history.

Prohibited copying
Acadanex must not publish unauthorized copies or derivatives of copyrighted textbooks, protected question banks, official exam content, paid courses, solution manuals, or scraped educational repositories.
Complaints and review
The database foundation includes private takedown cases with affected content, status, reviewer, decision, resolution, and timestamps. Notice format, submitter verification, counter-notice rights, timelines, jurisdiction, and contact details require professional legal review before a public process is activated.
No legal contact invented
The final policy must supply an approved legal entity and copyright contact. This draft intentionally does not invent an address, email, jurisdiction, or designated agent.
