Editorial Policy

The editorial expectations for creating and maintaining Acadanex educational content.

Editorial states

Content moves through DRAFT, IN_REVIEW, TESTING, APPROVED, PUBLISHED, NEEDS_UPDATE, and ARCHIVED. State changes are permission-checked and audited.

Review expectations

Review considers factual accuracy, curriculum alignment, educational level, accessibility, provenance, copyright/license status, structured-content safety, and appropriate AI assistance disclosure.

Publication boundary

Only eligible published content is projected to public routes, sitemap, and search. Drafts, previews, restricted content, and internal editorial metadata stay out of public surfaces.

Corrections and updates

Published content should not be silently overwritten. Corrections, needs-update states, archive decisions, provenance changes, and publication changes must remain auditable.
